 a. Cooking modes

ICS (Interactive Cooking System), An automatic cooking system for Asian, European recipes.  In “My Naboo” there are about 270 recipes including pastries, vacuum cooking, night cooking, reheating products and much more. Some of these are already organised
in folders.  

Naboo has three cooking modes

+ Convection from 30°C to 300°C 

+ Steam from 30°C to 130°C

+ Combination convection + team from  30°C to 300°C 

Possibility to program and save cooking methods in an automatic sequence ( up to 15 cycles) giving each progrma its own name, picture and information on the recipe

Autoclima®  automatic system for measuring and controlling the humidity in the cooking chamber

FAST-DRY® system for quick dehumidification of the cooking chamber ( Permit adjust humidity percentage from 0% to 100%)

Multilevel mode (No cross-transfer of tastes and flavors in mixed loads).

 DOUBLE MULTI-LEVEL: doubling the multi-level function on each shelf means doubling production capacity

JIT model  (Cook different products with different cooking time and serve all at the same time)

It is perfect in sous vide cooking

Lainox Smoke grill function: taste, flavor, color and fragrance as in a barbecue  

Cook with natural aroma of rosemary, wine, or lemon now it’s possible with Naboo

Organization of recipes in folders with preview, giving each folder its own name

ECOSPEED - Base on the quantity and type of product, the oven optimised and control the enrgy output, maintaining the best cooking temperature and avoiding fluctuations 

ECOVAPOR - with this system there is definite reduction in water and energy consumption due to the automatic controls of the steam saturation in the cooking cahmber

TURBOVAPOR-With the TURBOVAPOR system it automatically produces the ideal level of steam to cook "tough" products like egg pasta or asparagus, turnip greens and chard, which are notoriously fibrous vegetables

GREEN FINE TUNING- A new burner modulation system and high efficiency exchanger to prevent power waste and reduce harmful emissions
